These work perfectly with shrink bags or shrink tubing. I-Bar sealers use one sealing bar. This bar seals and cuts shrink film in one motion. Our I-Bar systems include everything you need to start. For example, portable I-Bar sealers feature a detachable sealing bar. This design lets you move the bar to your products. As a result, you save time and increase efficiency. All portable units include an 8-foot cord. This length provides easy adjustment of the sealing bar.

L-Bar Sealers

These machines work with any shrink film type we offer. L-Bar sealers use three sealing bars. This design makes sealing centerfold shrink film simple and efficient. All online L-Bar sealers are manual units. They handle low to medium output operations well. However, we also offer semi-automatic and fully automatic L-Bar sealers. Shrink Wrap Systems

These packages target beginner operations with low output needs. Our shrink wrap systems offer cost-effective solutions. Each system includes everything needed to start shrink wrapping. The main difference lies in the sealer design. This makes the system different from I-bar shrink wrap systems.

Hand Impulse Sealers

These work best for low output operations. Use them when sealing ten items or fewer per hour. Hand impulse sealers come in two varieties. You can choose round wire or flat wire sealers. Flat wire sealers cost less but require two steps. Round wire sealers cost more but work more efficiently. They seal and cut in one movement.

Foot Sealers

These machines excel at wrapping shrink bags and poly bags quickly. We offer two foot sealer types in various widths. Regular foot-operated sealers use flat sealing wire. However, flat wire requires two separate steps for sealing and cutting. This design works well for poly bags. For shrink bags, we recommend round wire foot sealers instead. Round wire seals and cuts shrink bags in one motion.

Shrink Wrap Heat Guns

We currently offer two heat guns online. Both work well for low output operations. The key difference is temperature control. The two-speed gun offers two adjustable speeds. The variable temp gun provides an adjustable knob with multiple settings. In addition, we stock many shrink tunnels for higher output operations.

Shrink Tunnels

These machines suit medium to high-speed operations. Shrink tunnels come in various sizes and dimensions. They dramatically increase shrink wrapping production speed. For example, consider a shrink tunnel if you wrap more than 150 products daily. This investment will significantly improve your efficiency.

Shrink Wrapping Combo Systems

These systems combine L bar sealers with shrink tunnels. They package thousands of products each day. As a result, your operation runs faster and more efficiently.

Combo systems offer several helpful options. For example, magnetic hold down keeps the L bar sealer in position during sealing. This feature lets you grab the next product while sealing finishes. However, the most time-saving option is the discharge conveyor. It moves products directly into the shrink tunnel. You never need to touch products after the initial seal. In most cases, these combo systems cut processing time significantly.

Conveyors

Conveyors come in many forms and sizes. However, gravity feed conveyors work best for shrink wrapping. They catch finished products at the tunnel exit.

Fully automatic machines use powered feed conveyors instead. These conveyors feed products into the machine continuously. As a result, your workflow stays smooth and uninterrupted.

Choosing the right conveyor requires careful planning. You need to know your product dimensions and weight first. Different conveyors handle different product shapes and sizes. For example, lightweight items need different support than heavy boxes.
