Where will my items ship from?
We ship from 3 primary warehouses (Arkansas, California, Georgia) to increase delivery times and reduce shipping costs. We always try to ship items from the closest location to the shipping address.
How long will it take to get my items?
Standard United States Delivery times are 2-3 business days. If inventory is out of stock at a nearby warehouse, deliveries may take up to 4-5 business days.
Do I get a discount for ordering in quantity?
Our pricing model is established around quantity pricing. Our first price break begins at five or more of any combination of products. Call our sales staff with the SKU numbers of the products you are interested in, and we will provide a quote. If you would prefer to request a quote online, click on the link, and we will reply within 24 hours.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
Yes, we offer a large variety of discounts and reward points for first-time customers and returning customers. Visit our discounts page for specifics on the discounts we offer.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes, we do not offer expedited shipping online because most of our products are bulky, and expedited shipping can be costly. Call us, and one of our associates will provide an expedited rate quote.
Do you have free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on pallet orders of film. Pallet orders for shrink film and stretch film are the most commonly ordered free shipping items.
Do you have replacement parts?
We have replacement parts and phone support for every machine we offer. Feel free to give us a call and allow us to troubleshoot with you, and we can ship the required parts within 24 business hours.
Do you have machines in stock?
We try to have every machine we offer in stock all of the time. There are times we do run out of stock, though. Feel free to call us, chat online with us, or send us an email to check inventory.
What are the lead times for custom items?
We recommend viewing our custom orders page for info on custom capabilities and estimated lead times.
What are your product purchase minimums?
We offer a 1 product purchase minimum. Each product listed online is detailed as being packaged in a case or a roll. Depending on the product, the minimum is either 1 case or one roll.
How do I return an item?

Do you sell to individuals?
We sell to everyone from Fortune 100 companies to individual start-ups. Don't hesitate to give us a call.
What type of credit terms do you offer?
We primarily offer Net 30 terms and on special occasion Net 60 terms.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments, PayPal payments, checks, and bank wires.

Our main office and call center is open M-F, 8-5 Central Standard time.
How do I obtain a shipping estimate?
Shipping can be calculated on the view cart page online once items have been added. For freight quotes, we recommend calling us at 1-800-441-5090 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is tracking provided?
Tracking will be sent to the email provided within 24 hours of shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
