   U.S. Packaging & Wrapping began as a shrink wrap supply company offering several products locally and online. Customer service and knowledgeable staff have always been of utmost importance. Our founders believed in providing helpful information about products. Early on, the need for an online library of information was clear. Other websites provided limited details on shrink wrap and packaging products therefore, the vision was to provide a 24-hour library to inform customers about the shrink wrap products. Today, these articles are not only about shrink wrap products but also machines, product comparisons, and applications.    As sales grew over the years, the need for product expansion was evident. Since recognizing this need, U.S. Packaging has continually added new products online. The availability of more products increased the number of multi-product orders, and the “custom quote” was implemented. The “custom quote” is a low minimum discount for customers ordering five or more products in one purchase. Customers were now able to obtain substantial price discounts with lower order minimums. The success of the “custom quote” then encouraged a new discount. The discount was an industry first. A reward program (Packaging Points) for customers ordering less than five products each order; every dollar spent earns reward points for future purchases. The new discount offered the ability for all customers to buy and save.

   Through continued growth, we have stayed grounded in our founding principles of offering informative customer service and quality products at an affordable price. We now ship from multiple warehouses in the United States and offer custom sizes on many of our products. Our company can accept various forms of payments and several ways to place orders.
