Reclosable Poly Bags

Reclosable poly bags can be sealed and reclosed upon opening, providing an airtight seal that protects contents from external elements. Our reclosable bags are transparent, allowing for 360° visibility to quickly identify contents without needing to open them. Polyethylene Bags

Our reclosable bags can be used to organize small items, protecting food and non-food items, and optimizing storage space. They can be flattened or stacked to maximize storage in fridges, freezers, and closets. Designed with a durable zipped closure, these bags ensure contents remain secure and allow for continuous reuse, making them a cost-effective packaging solution.

When selecting poly bag materials, LDPE poly bags are softer and more flexible, while HDPE poly bags are stiffer and more durable, making them suitable for different applications. Flat poly bags are ideal for lightweight items, while gusseted poly bags are better for heavier items, providing more space and support.

Reclosable bags are used in residential and commercial kitchens as well as many industrial and nonfood related industries. We have a large number of sizes and thicknesses available. All of our reclosable bags are food safe and FDA approved. Case quantities range from 250 bags per case up to 1000 bags per case.

We have broken bag sizes into three categories. The three bag sizes are determined by the width of the bag which is the first number in the bag measurement. Below is an explanation of the bag sizes and what thickness is available in each size.

Mini Reclosable Bags

Any bags with a width of fewer than three inches. We offer two and four mil thicknesses in our mini reclosable bags.

Small Reclosable Bags

Any bags between three and six inches in width. We offer two, four, and six mil thicknesses in our small reclosable bags.

Large Reclosable Bags

Any bags with a width of seven inches and above. We offer two, four, and six mil thicknesses in our large reclosable bags.

An Explanation of Bag Thicknesses

Like many other plastic products, reclosable bags are measured in mils. A mil is a common form of measurement when referring to many different plastic items. One mil is one-thousandth of an inch. In numerical form .001. Below is what strength each bag thickness is considered.

2 Mil = Standard Strength (Thickness of most household ziplock bags)
4 Mil = Heavy Duty
6 Mil = Extra Heavy Duty

8"x10" Bags = 1/2 gallon
