Anti Static Packaging

Anti static agents are used to treat a variety of plastics enabling the dissipation of static electrical charges. A high static charge can attract dust and interfere with processing. A discharge of small levels of electricity can damage microcircuits and increase product loss.

Anti static packaging is an excellent way to protect products from electrostatic discharge. A buildup of static electricity can cause the failure of electronics or ignition in flammable objects.

Using an anti static packaging will help control static discharge and eliminate damaged shipments. We offer a variety of anti static packaging materials that meet full ESD Association requirements. View the description of products below for more detailed information.

Anti Static Bags - Our anti static poly bags are available in thicknesses of 2-4 Mil. Sizes range from 3 inches wide up to 36 inches wide. All anti static poly bags are heat sealable and meet ESD Association requirements.

Anti Static Ziplock Bags - We offer anti static ziplock bags in 4 mil thickness. Customers receive price breaks on orders of 5 cases or more. All anti static bags meet ESD Association requirements.

Anti Static Tubing - All anti static tubing is available in 4 mil thickness in widths from 4-32 inches. Tubing rolls are continuous rolls up to 750 ft. long. All anti static tubing meets ESD Association requirements.

Conductive Tubing - Conductive tubing encloses products and blocks external static and electrical fields. The inner cushioning of the conductive tubing channels all electrical fields around the enclosure. All conductive tubing is heat sealable and meets military specification requirements MIL-P-82646.

Conductive Bags - Conductive bags have the same structure as conductive tubing. Conductive bags are available from 3-24 inches wide. All bags come in 100 count cases, price breaks are available for orders of 5 cases or more. All conductive bags meet the military requirements of MIL-P-82646.

Static Shielding Bags - Similar to the conductive bags, the static shielding bags provide an inner cushioning to channel all electrical fields around the enclosure. The static shielding bags are transparent and heat sealable. All static shielding bags meet ESD Association requirements as well as MIL-STD-3010 4046.

Static Shielding Ziplock Bags - All of our static shielding ziplock bags are comparable to the lay flat static shielding bags. The ziplock bags eliminate the need for a heat sealer and make closure quick and easy. All static shielding ziplock bags meet ESD Association requirements as well as MIL-STD-3010 4046.
