The 2020 product catalog features industrial and food packaging supplies. A new line of fully automated shrink wrapping and shrink bundling machinery has been added. Look at photos and specifications for fully automated packaging. Powered conveyors for infeed and exits are available with details and information. All of our fully automated machines include setup and training. Due to the cost and lead times, we ship all auto machines via dedicated freight shipments. A dedicated freight shipment will help ensure products arrive untouched, without damage.

The fully automatic side seal machine above will pay for itself with increased efficiency and output. Most semi-automatic shrink combo systems will not produce more than 12 products per minute. That amount of production depends on the operator and how quickly they complete seals. With a fully automated side seal machine, companies can wrap up to 30 products per minute. The advantage of a side seal machine is the capability of wrapping longer products. Other automated or semi-automated L bar machines have fixed lengths; therefore, they are limited in the range of products they can cover. We offer a full line of printed barrier bags. Barrier bags can range in materials from foil-lined, Co-extruded, Polypropylene, and combinations of materials. A perfect option for vacuum sealing and gas flush applications. Each type of material will have a listed oxygen transmission rate. The OTR specifies the amount of oxygen passing through the material within 24 hours. After the barrier bag material has been determined, artwork and coverage should be defined.

For any printed product we offer, we ask for the customer to provide artwork. Submitted graphics allow us to see if we have the capabilities to duplicate the desired artwork accurately. Once the artwork is submitted and approved, we will need to know how much print coverage will be on the bag? Providing a percentage of the bag to be printed will allow a digital print to be produced, showing measurements and placements of the logo on a bag.
