The 30” x 40” semi-auto L bar sealer is designed to seal larger, heavier products. The sealer uses three inline magnetic hold-downs to close the sealing bar. Upon seal completion, the discharge conveyor transports products into a shrink tunnel of choice.

The 3040 L bar sealer is a wire sealer made to seal PVC, polyolefin, and polyethylene shrink wrap. The sealing wire is easy to change and always in stock. The seal time can quickly and easily be adjusted on the control panel. The adjustable conveyor height lowers by 8 inches to accommodate taller products.

Centerfold rolls up to 36 inches wide can fit on the easy-load film rack. Dual wheel perforators are adjustable to apply the right amount of ventilation for optimal film shrinkage. The heavy-duty loading tray is fully adjustable and made to accommodate large and heavy products. Shrink wrap large boxes, toys, wooden crafts, multi-piece kits, and more!
