We recommend nothing wider than a 16" PVC or Polyolefin roll with this system. Visit our shrink wrap reference library to find more information about our products and shrink wrapping tips. Extended warranties are available for this machine. Standard factory warranties are 90 days from the date of purchase.

Upon arrival, the seal system will need to be unboxed. First, the shrink film roll can be taken from the box, and the machine pulled from the packaging. The shrink film coming with each system can be either a PVC or polyolefin shrink film. The PVC shrink film beings to shrink faster and is perfect for retail packaging products. Polyolefin shrink film is softer to the touch and used for packaging everything from boxed items to baked goods.

After the shrink film and machine are removed from the packaging, be sure not to throw out the extra replacement seal wire kit at the bottom of the box. The centerfold shrink roll will need to be placed on the film rack with the shrink material splitting the film separator. The top of the centerfold film should be over the separator, and the bottom should be on the bottom of the separator. After that, a seal can be made to form a pouch for products. Once the initial seal is made, two seals will need to be made for each product.
