The TL-1519 ECMC shrink combo system is a great option for wrapping several hundred to several thousand products per day. The TL-1519 can wrap from 8 to 12 products per minute.

The easy-load film tray allows users to quickly insert products into shrink film. Once the L bar sealer is lowered, the magnetic hold keeps the sealer closed until the cycle is complete. During this time, operators can reach for their next product to seal. After the magnets release, the conveyor transports products away from the sealing area and into the tunnel. The finished packages are sealed and fully conformed to the product upon exiting the shrink tunnel.
