Gift basket shrink bags offer the same advantages as flat PVC shrink wrap bags, with the ability to fit gift baskets with vertical handles. The curved bottom of the shrink bags is made to slide around gift basket handles easily. Gift basket shrink bags can also be used for packaging many other oversized products. Anything from wrapping cutting boards to crafts, gift basket bags will conform and provide a professional packaging look.

Product Highlights:

Fast Shrinking
Superior Shrink Rates

Gift basket shrink-wrap bags require a low shrink temperature (200°F to 250°F) to shrink. Users can get up to a 40% shrink rate in all directions. When ordering, be sure to order a larger size of bag to allow room for shrinking.

Small-output operations can use a heat gun and gift-basket shrink bags to wrap hundreds of gift baskets per day. Packing more than 200 products per day will require a shrink tunnel. Be sure the tunnel dimensions are large enough to accommodate all of the baskets or products being wrapped.

Because the PVC material contains chloride, it's recommended that users ensure proper ventilation when sealing the bags. The shrink wrap bags should not come into direct contact with consumable products. Visit our shrink wrap library to learn more about shrink wrap bags and their benefits.
