The 32 inch I bar shrink wrap system is the largest I bar sealer aside from our large forty-inch I bar sealer. The 32-inch system is used for packaging large stacks of books and other items, big craft projects, picture frames, and even gift baskets.

Though the 32" sealing bar can accommodate large products, smaller products can also be wrapped with this system.

System Includes:

32" sealer with film rack
1200 watt heat gun
30" roll of PVC shrink film

Smaller replacement rolls of PVC shrink film or Polyolefin shrink film are available when the starter roll included with the system is used. Users can typically wrap hundreds of products per day with this system.

System Highlights:

All-in-one Shrink System for large products
Plugs into Standard Plugin
Package Up to 300 Products Daily
30"x500 PVC Starter Roll Included
Package Products Large and Small
Film Dispenser and Separator Included

Setup is easy and can be done within minutes. Upon arrival, pull all the contents from the box and be sure not to forget the replacement sealing wire. Place the film on the rack and thread it through the film separator. Make the first seal without any products inserted to properly adjust your seal time. Once a quality first seal is made, insert the products into the shrink film. Lower the bar sealer to form the back seal, then rotate the product to finish sealing the enclosed items. Once complete, use the heat gun to shrink the material for a professional-looking finish.
