An Infeed conveyor feeds products through the sealer. As products pass vertical and horizontal photo-eyes, the pneumatic sealing bar closes to encase products within shrink film. The 5600 is designed for use with polyolefin centerfold shrink film. The hot knife sealing blade will last for years with proper cleaning and maintenance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe touchscreen display makes adjustments quick and easy. With the touch of a button, product height and width changes can be made. With 30 preset products, operators simply press the preset size to adjust the machine accordingly. Fast changes reduce downtime and ensure the same package time after time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA single-phase 220v\/208v power supply is needed with an 80 psi air supply to operate the sealing bar. Products up to twenty-four inches long and nineteen inches wide can be run with the sealer. Production times of 35 products per minute can be achieved with optimal product size and settings. Larger products can be sealed easily at 20-25 products per minute.
