First, the shrink film roll can be taken from the box, and the machine pulled from the packaging. The shrink film that comes with each system can be either PVC or polyolefin. The PVC shrink film shrinks faster and is ideal for retail packaging. Polyolefin shrink film is softer to the touch and used for packaging everything from boxed items to baked goods.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter the shrink film and machine are removed from the packaging, be sure not to throw out the extra replacement seal wire kit at the bottom of the box. The centerfold shrink roll will need to be placed on the film rack with the shrink material splitting the film separator.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe top of the centerfold film should be above the separator, and the bottom should be below the separator. After that, a seal can be made to form a pouch for products.
