Portable L bar sealers are small and lightweight for easy mobility. The 13" x13" portable L bar sealer can package hundreds of products daily. Perfect for cosmetics, small books, small boxes, or baked goods. The thirteen-inch sealing bar can fit a centerfold shrink roll up to twelve inches wide.

Each sealer comes with a 13" x13" sealing bar, a replacement wire kit, and a film dispenser rack and separator to accommodate up to a 12" wide roll of centerfold film. Upon arrival, the machine must be pulled from the packaging and inspected. The standard 115v power cord will need to be plugged into the back of the device and the wall. The centerfold shrink film will need to be placed onto the rack. Open the centerfold film and place the top layer over the separator bar and the bottom layer under the bar.

The film rack and sealer can be situated on the work surface with the film rack to the operator's right. The product can be lined up to fit within the sealing area and approximately a half inch between each sealing bar. Be sure the seal time is not set to more than 3-4 to begin. Press the seal bar down and once the light turns off, pull the product from the bar with it still down.

Once the seal has been made, materials can be shrunk down with a heat gun or shrink tunnel depending on budgets and desired efficiency. A 1-year extended warranty is available for purchase. The extended warranty must be purchased when new.
